While we strive to produce sites in seven days, each site is unique and our ability to produce your site in less than a week may be effected by your individual situation, our workload and any other circumstances and/or conditions beyond our control. Once you have made a deposit and forwarded all necessary information to us, work is designated to have begun on your site. Any cancellation of services after work has begun, but prior to site launch, will be subject to a minimum of 50% forfeiture of your deposit. Balances due on site work and development are due upon site launch, unless prior arrangements have been made with our company. All balances not paid within 14 days will be subject to 2% interest per month until the balance is paid in full. LiveIn7 reserves the right to pursue any unpaid balances to the fullest extent of the law. We reserve the right to cancel any implied contract entered into with any client at any time. Refunds in this event will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse to work on any site that we feel is, portrays or furthers any ideas and agendas that are generally deemed to be offensive, illegal, immoral, unethical, racist or otherwise portraying anyone in a bad manner. In addition, we also reserve the right to use a likeness of your site's pages in promotional materials and portfolio galleries within our own site.
